Can I custom design an engagement ring?

Absolutely! Custom designed settings are made with NO additional costs and it comes with a 3D render to ensure you get the exact ring you desire.

How do I get my ring size?

We send 1 free ring sizer per address in the US. Please contact our chat team for us to ship one to you today.

Do you offer free resizing?

Yes! We offer one free resizing within 15 days of your purchase. Please email support@raadjewelers.com to initiate a resize. Be sure to have the correct size and request a free ring sizer if you do not know the size needed.

Can you engrave my ring/jewelry for free?

We provide free customization/personalization services and would be more than happy to engrave a ring/jewelry for you. At the time of placing an order there is a“order notes”section on the checkout page. Please write down the instruction over there.

What warranties do you provide?

We take pride in our craftsmanship. That's why we offer lifetime manufacturer's warranty for our rings. It covers the following:

- Loose stones

- Missing stones in the band of the ring

- Porosity

How long does it take for the diamond to ship to us?

All diamonds in the feed are special ordered to our facility straight from our supplier. We source diamonds from all over the world and can take between 2-10 business days to get to our facility. As soon as it gets to us, we will send a video of it in natural lighting and ship the diamond with free insured 2-day shipping to your door.

Lab Created Diamonds

Are lab diamonds the same as earth created diamonds?

Yes! Lab diamonds are chemically and visually identical to natural diamonds, and are real diamonds!

Do your lab diamonds come with a report?

Yes! Solitaire lab created diamonds come certified by an independent laboratory (GIA/IGI/GCAL) report detailing its “4 Cs” – cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

Please note, jewelry pieces with pave or smaller diamonds do not come with certificates for them.

GIA graded lab grown diamonds have a digital copy of the grading report accessible on their report website. If you purchase a GIA-graded lab-grown diamond, it will be laser inscribed on the girdle and your receipt will show the report number for easy lookup and printing.

Why some of the fancy shapes does not have the cut grade listed on the website?

Please note the certificate laboratories do not provide cut ratings for fancy cut stones, i.e any shape outside of round. That’s why some of the fancy shapes do not have the cut grade listed on the website. Other jewelry websites provide their own cut grade that is not through the laboratories and solely from their opinion. If you need help picking a diamond please contact our chat team to help!

I've received an email notifying me that the diamond I listed has an incorrect listing/price OR unavailable. What should I do in this situation?

Our website pulls in over 400,000 diamonds from numerous suppliers around the world. With this in mind, a diamond might show on our site as available, but the supplier has already sold it. We will contact you immediately if your purchase is out of stock and find another diamond that is equivalent in quality and value, if not better for the inconvenience. You will also have the option of cancelling and receiving a full refund for your order.

Do you ship globally?

We ship globally!

Are your shipments insured?

Yes! All of our shipments are insured through our shipping carrier. If the package is lost or stolen, we will provide a refund or exchange for a different product - you can choose for either option.

Are there any customs duties I have to pay?

This only applies to shipments outside the United States.

Other countries customers have to pay the duties and taxes. Once the package arrives in your country, the carrier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties. We don’t have an exact figure of how much duty as it depends on the state/country government. Please check your government website for more information. If you are from Europe, Please note that you might need to pay the broker fees.

PS: Please be aware that we cannot guarantee making lower invoice.

I'm not going to be home when my package is supposed to arrive, what should I do?

Oftentimes we can set up a hold for pickup at an approved local UPS location. Reach out to a support representative in chat or email support@raadjewelers.com for help setting it up.

Does the shipment require signature on delivery?

Yes, our shipments require signature on delivery for your security.

Returns/Refunds

What is the return process?

To initiate a return process, please contact support@raadjewelers.com with your order number and your return. We will send you a prepaid insured label to return the product back to our facility. Once it passes our inspection, we will notify and issue you your refund within 1-3 business days. Please note, it may take additional time to show up in your bank account.

Do I pay the return shipping costs?

We offer free returns for US customers. For international customers, we cover up to $50 in return shipping costs within the 15-day return period. If the return shipping cost exceeds $50, you are responsible for covering the additional amount.

Can I get a refund for the customs fees or any other taxes?

We are not responsible for any customs fees or other taxes in the case of a return because its collected by your government and not by us.

How will I know that my refund has been initiated?

We’ll send you an email confirming the initiation of your refund. Your refund should reach you within 1-3 working days.
