15-Day Money Back Guarantee

At Raad Jewelers, we're here for you every step of the way, even after your purchase is delivered. You have a full 15 days from the date of shipment to return or exchange items, completely free of charge. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction, please reach out to us if you have any concerns or inquiries.

Return Eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with its original packaging and documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Initiate your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@raadjewelers.com with your order number and we can initiate the process.

We will send you a fully insured return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Package the items securely in the original packaging materials. 

In order to qualify for a full refund, include all diamond grading reports or appraisals, ring boxes, and any other boxing that came with the original order. For security reasons, do not write Raad Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box.

3. Insured return shipment.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. When using our complimentary return label, this includes insurance protection through the shipment carrier.

When Your Return is Received

Returns are processed on weekdays and are entered in our system within 48 business hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email that your return has been passed to our Quality Assurance department. If the ring has been touched by another jeweler this will void all warranty and return eligibility. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for this process to complete.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds Process
Raad Jewelers reserves the right to not issue a refund due to damaged items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please notify us at support@raadjewelers.com.

If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a confirmation email on the day of the outbound shipment.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
